Pin with SPARK Terms

Terms and Conditions

As a participant of this Program, Pin with SPARK, you agree to abide by the policies and procedures laid forth in this agreement. As part of this Program, participant will have access to:

Password protected members area: The participant will gain access to copyrighted materials including lessons, modules, videos, audios, worksheets and workbooks. Participant will have access to the materials for as long as the program exists. If the program is closed down, participants will be notified and given a 30 days notice of the closure of the course. Bonuses obtained with the purpose of the course are not to be distributed or transferred to other individuals.

Payment and Fees

To gain access and use the Program you agree to pay the following fees.

Self Study:

You may choose between a single one-time payment of $497 (due immediately) or 3 monthly payment installments of $185. If you choose to pay for the course, Pin with SPARK, in full, you can pay in one payment of $497. If you elect the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment on the day of enrollment and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following 2 payments on a monthly basis, for a total payment of $555. If you select the monthly payment option, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy set forth below. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company shall immediately suspend your access to the Program.

If you select the payment plan option, you agree to pay the stated $185 amount on a monthly reoccurring basis. Payments that are declined will require immediate payment of a new card number and may incur late fees of $29 per payment.

Group Coaching:

You may choose between a single one-time payment of $697 (due immediately) or 3 monthly payment installments of $260. If you choose to pay for the course, Pin with SPARK, in full, you can pay in one payment of $697. If you elect the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment on the day of enrollment and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following 2 payments on a monthly basis, for a total payment of $780. If you select the monthly payment option, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy set forth below. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company shall immediately suspend your access to the Program.

If you select the payment plan option, you agree to pay the stated $260 amount on a monthly reoccurring basis. Payments that are declined will require immediate payment of a new card number and may incur late fees of $29 per payment.

Amplify VIP:

You may choose between a single one-time payment of $2997 (due immediately) or 3 monthly payment installments of $1120 or 12 monthly payment installments of $290. If you choose to pay for the course, Pin with SPARK, in full, you can pay in one payment of $2997. If you elect the 3 or 12 month payment plan, you must pay the initial payment on the day of enrollment and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following 2 or 11 payments on a monthly basis, for a total payment of $3,360 or $3,480. If you select the monthly payment option, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy set forth below. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company shall immediately suspend your access to the Program.

If you select the payment plan option, you agree to pay the stated $1120 or $290 amount on a monthly reoccurring basis. Payments that are declined will require immediate payment of a new card number and may incur late fees of $29 per payment.

If you do not request a refund, during the 30 day refund policy duration, you will be required to honor and pay out the rest of the payment plan commitment.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction in Pin with SPARK course is very important to us. If you feel that you would like a refund you may request one within the refund request period, which is 30 days from the date of purchase.

To obtain a full refund, you must contact pinwithspark@gmail.com by the 30^th day, end of day at 11:59 PM PST. Along with the refund request email please provide all complete coursework assignments and worksheets, that were released during the 30 day period, indicating the work that was put in to completing the course materials.

Intellectual Property

All content in the Program is owned by Sandy Park with Pin with Spark and duplication or reproduction is prohibited. Sharing the content with others in any form is also strictly prohibited. Participation in the course does not transfer the intellectual property to you. As a participant you may use the content for personal use only.

Any violation of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement will cancel the participant’s right to use and benefit from the Program and will sever the use of the program, with no refund issued to the participant.
